Can regular sex prevent prostate cancer?

My friend was telling me that having regular sexual activity can actually help prevent prostate cancer. Is there any truth to this claim, or is it just an old wives' tale?

Some studies suggest frequent ejaculation might help, but honestly, lifestyle is what matters most. I have high BP, so I focus a lot on clean diet, exercise, and regular master health checkups. Don't rely on just one thing, keep getting your prostate screenings done as you age.

Don't trust everything you read online about these things. There are so many random health myths on WhatsApp. If you have concerns about prostate health, please go and talk to a proper urologist instead of trusting internet remedies.

My elders always tell me to focus on a balanced life and good food for long-term health. But when it comes to specific medical queries like prostate cancer, it is always better to ask a doctor. They can explain the science and do the right tests for you.

I ignored minor urinary changes thinking it was normal aging, and ended up with a huge medical scare. Please don't rely on self-treatment or online theories to prevent serious issues. If you notice any changes in flow, pain, or discomfort, go see a doctor immediately.

Going through prostate issues is mentally very draining, I have been there and know how stressful it gets. It is normal to search for easy answers to feel in control. But please, speak with a specialist to clear your doubts and get the right advice.

I totally get it, these kind of health questions can feel a bit awkward to ask openly. While some research points to a connection, it's not a complete shield. Taking care of overall health and keeping up with routine doctor visits is what really counts.
