Can red light therapy cause cancer?

I'm considering getting a red light therapy device for skin anti-aging and joint pain, as I've heard good things about it. However, some online forums are raising concerns. Can red light therapy cause cancer, or is it considered safe?

Haan, raw light therapy and UV light are completely different, na. Red light actually helps with healing and doesn't cause burns or cancer. Maine bhi use kiya hai for skin glow, bilkul safe feel hua mujhe toh. Bas standard high quality device use karna.

Hey, don't stress too much about this. Red light therapy doesn't use UV rays, which are the ones that actually damage your skin cells. It is generally considered very safe for home use, but if you have any existing skin issues, just check with a dermatologist first.

I have been reading up on therapies for joint pain for years, and red light is highly researched. It stimulates cellular energy without the harmful radiation of sunlight. Make sure you protect your eyes during sessions, as that is the only real precaution needed.

Let's be clear, red light therapy is non-ionizing, meaning it lacks the radiation level to damage DNA or cause cancer. It is clinically used for muscle recovery and skin anti-aging. Just buy a certified brand and follow the recommended session timings, you will be fine.

If sitting under a red light caused cancer, we would all be in trouble at those fancy lounge bars! It is just low-wavelength light, guys, completely different from tanning beds. No need to look for a hazard where there isn't one.

My son was recommended red light therapy by his sports physio for a bad muscle strain last year. I was also very worried initially and asked the doctor ten questions about safety. They assured us it is perfectly safe and has zero cancer risk as long as you don't overdo it.
