Can ramen noodles give you cancer?

I eat a lot of instant ramen noodles, especially when I'm busy with studies. My parents always tell me it's unhealthy junk food. Can ramen noodles actually give you cancer if you consume them frequently, or is that an exaggeration?

No, eating ramen won't give you cancer, but it is very heavy on the stomach. I used to get severe bloating from instant noodles, so I started drinking warm ajwain water afterward. It is much better to eat light, fresh home-cooked food instead of packaged things.

While it won't cause cancer, instant ramen is made of maida which causes a massive spike in blood glucose levels. For diabetics, these noodles are a big no. Please consult your doctor or dietician to find better low-glycemic alternatives.

Please don't worry, they do not cause cancer. It is perfectly fine to enjoy them occasionally as long as your regular diet is healthy.

There is zero scientific evidence linking standard instant ramen noodles to cancer. People spread too much panic online about preservatives. If you have chronic gut issues or concerns about your diet, talk to a certified clinical nutritionist rather than reading random forum posts.

Chill, mere bhai! Ramen won't give you cancer. It is just regular junk food like burgers or chips. Don't stress too much, just don't survive on it daily and you will be absolutely fine!
