Can prp help arthritis?

My knees have been bothering me with arthritis for years, especially in this humid weather. Someone suggested PRP therapy to me recently, saying it really helped their pain. I was wondering if it's actually effective for arthritis.

Haan, mere padosi ne ghutne ke dard ke liye PRP karwaya tha, unhe kafi aaram mila. Par ye sab thode time ke liye hi kaam karta hai na. Permanent ilaaj nahi hai, but temporary relief ke liye acha option hai.

I got PRP injections in both my knees for osteoarthritis last year. It definitely reduces pain and stiffness for about 6 to 9 months, but you must pair it with weight management and regular leg-strengthening exercises for it to be actually effective.

Look, PRP is not some magic cure that will completely regrow your worn-out cartilage. It only helps in reducing inflammation and managing pain in early stages. Don't spend a fortune on it expecting a miracle if your arthritis is already very advanced.

Keep your spirits high and have patience. PRP is a modern way to use your body's own healing power, but along with it, gentle joint movements and a calm mind are equally important for healing. Take care of your health.

At 53, my joints make more noise than my car! I asked my doctor about PRP and he said it's great for mild cases but might just lighten my wallet more than my pain if the arthritis is severe. Do get a proper X-ray done first.

My mother is suffering from severe knee pain and someone suggested PRP therapy to us. I am a bit scared about injections. Does it hurt a lot during the procedure, and is it safe for older people?

I get so anxious thinking about needle procedures and whether they actually work or cause more damage. But I have read many positive patient stories about PRP reducing arthritis pain safely since it uses your own blood. Just make sure to get it done by a very experienced orthopedic specialist.
