I am not an expert since my own health issues are related to PCOS, but from what I've read, prostate cancer spreading to the pancreas is very uncommon compared to bones. I highly recommend talking to a specialist to get accurate, safe information rather than searching online.

While prostate cancer spreading to the pancreas is extremely rare, metastasis to abdominal organs can occasionally happen. Please don't rely on dietary changes or alternative foods to prevent or treat this. You need a proper oncologist's evaluation for any suspected spread.

Oh god, even reading about cancer spreading to the pancreas makes me so anxious and worried. I know how easy it is to spiral into negative thoughts. Please, for your peace of mind, consult your doctor directly to find out if this is actually a risk in your case.

In all my years of helping patients, I have rarely seen prostate cancer spread to the pancreas, as it usually goes to the bones or lymph nodes. However, any new symptoms or pain in the abdomen should be checked by your doctor with proper imaging.

Finding out if cancer has spread involves expensive scans like an abdominal MRI or PET scan. I suggest inquiring at municipal or charitable hospitals where these diagnostic imaging costs are much lower. Please plan these tests soon so you can have clarity.
