Can poor circulation cause leg pain?

My legs often ache, especially after standing for a while, and my feet sometimes feel cold even in warm weather. My doctor mentioned something about circulation issues in passing. Can poor circulation cause leg pain and discomfort?

Yes, I think so, my legs often feel very heavy and ache when I sit for too long at my desk. Has anyone else felt this kind of dull, throbbing pain in their calves? I keep worrying if it's something serious like a clot, should I get a test done?

Poor circulation can definitely cause leg pain, but you should never self-diagnose this. It could be varicose veins or something more serious. It's always safest to visit a vascular specialist or your general doctor to get it properly checked.

I went through a massive panic over leg pain last year, thinking my blood flow had stopped completely! Turns out it was just muscle stiffness and minor strain from lack of movement. Don't worry too much, but do see a doc to rule out anything serious so you can relax.

My legs literally ache every night, but that's probably from chasing my toddler around all day with zero sleep. Jokes aside, yes, poor circulation does cause leg pain, but don't just sit and guess. Go see a doctor before you end up awake at 4 AM googling scary medical terms like me.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! It's very common to get leg aches if you stand or sit for hours. Just try to prop your feet up on a pillow when you lie down and get a doctor to check it out casually when you have time. Take care!
