Can pizza cause cancer?

I love pizza, but I recently saw a social media post claiming that processed foods like pizza can lead to cancer. Now I'm really worried. Is there any truth to this, or is it just a rumour?

Pizza itself doesn't cause cancer, though highly processed foods can increase overall inflammation in the body. Since managing my thyroid, I've realized how important general gut health is. It's always best to keep track of your health with regular doctor checkups and blood tests.

Bro, chill! Eating pizza occasionally is not going to give you cancer, so don't stress too much. Sure, processed meats like pepperoni and eating junk food every single day isn't great for health, but a normal slice of cheese pizza once in a while is perfectly fine.

If you are worried about the refined flour and processed cheese in commercial pizzas, a simple solution is to make it at home. Use a whole wheat base and fresh veggies. It satisfies the cravings safely without the preservatives.

Haan yaar, internet pe toh har cheez se cancer ho jata hai! Pizza khane se cancer nahi hota, bas roz-roz bahar ka khana unhealthy hai. Kabhi-kabhi cheat meal chalta hai na, bilkul tension mat lo.

Pizza doesn't directly cause cancer, but a diet high in processed fats and low in fiber is linked to health risks. Just balance your nutrition. If you eat a couple of slices on the weekend, make sure you hit the gym and eat clean during the week.
