Can piles make you feel unwell?

Ever since these piles started troubling me, I just don't feel like myself. I'm tired and just generally unwell, like my whole body is affected. Can piles cause this kind of overall feeling of being unwell?

Haan na, they can make you feel so restless and unwell the whole day. The constant sitting discomfort and pain just drains your energy. Try taking some warm water sitz baths, it really helps to soothe the area, ho na.

Yes, they can make you feel extremely unwell, especially if they bleed regularly and cause anemia, or if a clot forms. I delayed treating mine and felt constantly weak. I highly recommend seeing a doctor before it leads to complications.

I have been feeling really weak and tired lately along with this discomfort, and I was wondering if it's because of piles. Can mild bleeding really cause so much fatigue, or should I get other tests done too?

Bro, yes! You can't sit properly, you can't focus on lectures, and you just feel totally off the whole day. It's super annoying. Just drink lots of water, eat fruits, and show a doctor if it doesn't get better.
