Can piles last for months?

I've been dealing with this problem for almost two months now, and it just doesn't seem to get better. Is it normal for piles to persist for such a long time? I thought it was a temporary thing.

They can definitely drag on for months if you don't treat them properly. I tried all sorts of home remedies, but real relief only came when I combined sits baths with a proper doctor-prescribed cream. Don't suffer for months, get help.

Haan bilkul, if you keep eating spicy food and don't cure your chronic constipation, they can easily last for months. Piles won't magic away on their own if your habits remain the same. Go see a doctor and change your diet.

Yes, they can last for months, and ignoring them only makes it worse. I kept putting off my doctor visit thinking they would go away, and ended up needing a painful surgery. Please get a proper checkup before they worsen.

Yes, they can persist for months if the pressure down there doesn't decrease. Regular 30-minute walks, if your doctor allows, along with high-fiber food can help improve bowel movements and speed up the healing process.

In my personal experience, my piles lasted for nearly three months because I was traveling constantly and eating outside food. I cannot give medical advice, but changing my daily routine and drinking plenty of water finally resolved it for me.

Absolutely, they can stay for months if they are grade 2 or 3. My tip is to use a stool softener prescribed by a doctor, sit in warm water twice a day, and never strain. If they still don't go, consult a specialist.
