Can piles hurt?

Lately, I've had this persistent dull ache and burning sensation down there. Everyone says it might be piles, but I don't know much about it. Can piles really cause a lot of pain and discomfort?

Yes, they can hurt a lot, especially when sitting or passing stools. If your doctor allows, doing gentle walking daily can help improve blood circulation and digestion, which naturally reduces the pain and pressure down there.

Yes, they can cause intense pain, especially if a clot forms. I went to a reputed hospital when my pain became unbearable. I highly suggest you ask your doctor clearly about pain-relief ointments and stool softeners to get fast relief.

They definitely hurt, especially external ones or if they get thrombosed. There is no point in suffering silently and letting it ruin your workday. Just visit a specialist, get the right prescription, and resolve it.

Oh god, yes! They hurt like anything, especially the morning after you eat a super spicy mutton curry. I had to learn the hard way to tone down the spices and drink a lot of lassi to avoid that awful burning pain.

Yes, they can really hurt, especially when you are sitting for long hours! 😭 Try using a soft cushion and taking warm water sitz baths for relief. Hope the pain goes away soon! 👍

Bro, they hurt like crazy. Last year I couldn't even sit properly during my college lectures because of the pain. Sitz baths and a gel prescribed by my doc were the only things that saved me. Don't ignore it.
