Can piles go away on its own?

A friend was talking about her piles problem, and it made me curious. Sometimes I feel a bit uncomfortable. Can piles actually go away entirely on their own, or do they always need proper treatment?

Yes, they absolutely can if they are mild. I just recovered from a mild case last month simply by cutting out spicy food, drinking 4 liters of water, and using a basic cream my doctor gave. It took about 6 days to completely clear up.

Bro, yes, they do shrink on their own if they are small. I had them because of sitting all day during my exams. I just started eating papaya daily and stopped straining, and they disappeared in a week. If they bleed, go to a doc.

Early-stage or first-degree piles often resolve on their own within a few weeks with conservative management like dietary fiber and hydration. However, for a definitive answer and to prevent recurrence, a doctor's consultation is highly recommended.

Yes, I read they can shrink on their own, but I always worry if they will flare up again. Did anyone else feel anxious about every little bowel movement even after they seemed to have gone away?

I panicked so much when I first got piles, thinking I'd need surgery. But the doctor reassured me that small ones shrink on their own with just a high-fiber diet and plenty of water. They went away in a week, so don't worry too much!

Mild piles can subside, but instead of waiting, I went to a proper hospital and got a specialist's opinion. It's best to ask your doctor clearly about the grade of your piles so you know if they will heal on their own or need medical help.

My son's mild piles went away on their own once we strictly added green leafy vegetables and oats to his diet. As a parent, I say just monitor them closely, make sure they drink water, and see a doctor if there is no improvement.

Haan na, small piles can go away on their own if you take proper care. Just avoid hard food and sit in warm water for some time, it gives so much relief. But if the pain is too much, doctor near home is always best, ho na.
