Can piles go away naturally?

I sit for long hours due to my work, and recently I've noticed some swelling and pain. I suspect it's piles. Is it possible for these to resolve themselves without much intervention?

I totally get it, dealing with this can be so uncomfortable and embarrassing to talk about. Yes, very mild piles can definitely heal naturally if you drink plenty of water and eat fiber-rich food. Just take care of yourself, and don't hesitate to see a doctor if it gets painful.

Yes, early-stage piles can resolve naturally within 1 to 2 weeks by strictly avoiding constipation. Try sitz baths with warm water and eat high-fiber meals like oats and green vegetables. If they are prolapsed or bleeding heavily, then clinical treatment is necessary.

Naturally tabhi thik honge jab tum apna khana-pina sudharoge. Stop eating junk food and sitting on the toilet for too long. If it's a minor swelling, it will shrink on its own, but if it is bleeding, stop searching online and go see a doctor.

With my PCOS, I get bad digestive issues and mild piles that usually shrink naturally once my constipation improves. I am not an expert, but lifestyle changes really help. However, please consult a doctor to get a safe, proper diagnosis.

While mild cases can subside naturally with a high-fiber diet, you should not assume they will always heal on their own. It is always safer to have a doctor check them to ensure they aren't worsening or hiding any other issues.

Yes, they can go away naturally if they are small. A simple, workable solution is to have Isabgol at night with warm water and do a warm sitz bath daily. It really helps shrink them, but if they don't heal in a week, go to a doctor.
