Can piles cause stomach ache?

Sometimes when my piles are really bad, I get a dull ache in my stomach too. I'm not sure if it's connected or just a coincidence. Can piles cause a stomach ache?

No, piles live at the exit, not the lobby! But if you are holding in your poop because you are scared of the piles pain, that back-up will definitely give you a solid stomach ache. Go get some fiber and don't hold it in!

Piles themselves don't directly cause stomach pain, but the constipation that causes piles definitely can. I always recommend drinking warm water, eating papaya, and taking a bit of Isabgol at night. But if the stomach ache is very severe, please see a doctor.

Directly? No, piles won't cause stomach pain. But if you ate a plate of hyper-spicy momos that wrecked your stomach and caused diarrhea, that stomach ache and your irritated piles are both suffering from the same bad decision!

I know how exhausting it is when your whole body feels out of sync. Piles don't directly cause stomach pain, but the anxiety and severe constipation that come with it can definitely make your stomach cramp. It is a very overwhelming feeling, please take care.

Piles don't cause stomach pain directly, but constipation does. My daughter used to complain of tummy aches when her constipation was bad, which eventually caused her piles. Focus on keeping their bowels clear with high-fiber food and lots of water.

Bhai, stomach ache is because of your bad digestion and constipation, which also caused your piles. Piles are just the end result. Fix your eating habits, drink water, and go to a doctor if the pain is too much.

Stomach ache is usually due to indigestion or constipation, not the piles themselves. Because of my high BP, I have to keep my stress and lifestyle in check, as stress affects digestion. Make sure you get a proper checkup if the stomach pain continues.

Piles don't cause stomach pain, so if you have both, it might be due to gas or severe constipation. Instead of spending money on expensive stomach tests right away, first try simple dietary changes and consult a government hospital OPD, they are very affordable and good.
