Can pcos make you nauseous?

I have PCOS and lately, I've been feeling quite nauseous, especially in the mornings. This is a new symptom for me, so I'm a bit worried. Could this nausea actually be linked to my PCOS condition?

When I went to Apollo Hospital for my PCOS checkup, my doctor clearly told me that hormonal fluctuations and certain insulin medications can cause nausea. Instead of trying random online tips, you should ask your doctor for a proper anti-acidity or nausea solution.

If you're feeling nauseous during work hours, it's highly likely due to taking your PCOS meds on an empty stomach. Make sure you have a proper breakfast before taking any pills. If it persists, get a quick virtual consult done so your routine isn't disrupted.

Oh my god, yes, I get so anxious when I feel nauseous because of my PCOS. I start overthinking if it's some stomach infection or something worse. Just know that hormonal changes do this to many of us, so try to take a deep breath and rest.

I use a health app to track my partner's PCOS symptoms and we noticed a direct correlation between her high-carb days and morning nausea. Try logging what you eat alongside your symptoms for a couple of weeks to see if there is a pattern.

I used to panic every time I felt nauseous, thinking my PCOS was getting worse or something was wrong. But then my gynaecologist reassured me that it's just the progesterone drops before my period. It's totally normal and nothing to lose sleep over!

As someone managing diabetes, I know that sudden spikes or drops in insulin can make you feel extremely nauseous. Since PCOS is also closely linked to insulin resistance, eating small, low-glycemic meals every few hours can help keep the nausea away.
