Can pain elevate blood sugar?

I manage my diabetes with diet and medication, but I've noticed occasional spikes in my blood sugar that I can't explain. Sometimes, these spikes coincide with days when I have bad knee pain. Can pain actually elevate blood sugar levels?

Mera experience toh yahi raha hai ki jab bhi g घुटने ka dard badhta hai, meri random sugar report higher aati hai. Main koi medical guidance nahi de sakta, bas itna notice kiya hai ki pain normal hone par sugar fir se stable ho jata hai.

Log bolenge ki karele ka juice pi lo ya methi daana se control ho jayega, par in sab me time waste mat karo. Pain se stress hormones release hote hain jo glucose badhate hain, par iski confirmation ke liye physician se checkup karana hi safe option hai.

Severe pain triggers a fight-or-flight response, causing cortisol levels to spike which in turn elevates blood glucose levels. While this is a known physiological response, it is always recommended to consult an endocrinologist to rule out clinical diabetes.

Maine bhi shuruat me socha ki dental pain ki stress se glucose thoda badha hai aur checkup talta raha. Baad me pata chala mera HbA1c kaafi high ho gaya tha. Aisi laparwahi bilkul mat karna aur turant doctor ke paas jaakar tests karwa lena.

Yes, extreme physical pain increases stress in the body which naturally pushes blood sugar levels up temporarily.
