I track my daily steps and hydration on my Garmin, and I noticed that when people drop weight fast on this drug, their electrolyte levels can crash, leading to leg cramps. Try tracking your water and mineral intake. If the pain is persistent or accompanied by swelling, get it checked by a doctor.

I have noticed several people in our group complaining about muscle and leg cramps after starting this treatment. It is often due to dehydration or electrolyte imbalance as your eating habits change. Try increasing your fluid intake and definitely discuss this with your doctor at your next visit.

I completely understand how worrying it is when you start a new treatment and suddenly feel pain in your legs. It can make you feel so anxious and restless. Please don't worry yourself to sleep—just drop a message to your doctor so they can advise you.

When I went for my follow-up at Apollo, the doctor mentioned that severe leg pain, especially if there is swelling or redness, must be evaluated to rule out deep vein issues. It's best not to take chances. Book an appointment and ask your doctor clearly about this.

Hey, don't stress too much! Leg pain can sometimes just be your body reacting to quick weight loss or missing out on some basic vitamins. Try having coconut water for electrolytes, but if it keeps hurting or feels warm, definitely give your doctor a quick call.

I just started my first dose last week and I've been feeling a dull ache in my calves. I was a bit shy to ask my family. Does this leg pain eventually go away on its own, or should I be worried and call the clinic right now?

Sometimes our physical bodies take time to adjust to heavy medical treatments, causing discomfort in the limbs. Keep a positive mind, do some gentle stretching if comfortable, and let your body rest. Please consult your physician to ensure everything is progressing safely.

Leg pain can sometimes be a simple muscle cramp, but on these specialized medications, it is always critical to rule out vascular issues like deep vein thrombosis. Please do not ignore it for your own safety. Get it evaluated by a medical professional as soon as possible.

I had terrible leg cramps during my second month on this injection. My doctor realized my potassium and magnesium levels were slightly low because of my reduced diet. Once we corrected that, the pain completely stopped. Definitely get your vitals checked.

I am so sleep-deprived that my legs hurt just from walking to the fridge, but yes, leg cramps can happen on this medication due to dehydration. Make sure you are actually drinking water and not just coffee. If the pain feels serious, go see your doctor.
