Can ozempic cause chest pain?

I'm on Ozempic for my blood sugar and weight. Recently, I've been experiencing occasional chest discomfort, which is new for me. Is it possible for Ozempic to cause chest pain?

Hey, don't stress too much, it could just be acid reflux or gas which is super common with Ozempic. But chest pain isn't something we should ignore. Just to be absolutely safe, why don't you give your doctor a quick call right now and get it checked?

Beta, chhati mein dard hona acchi baat nahi hai, chahe woh kisi bhi dawai ki wajah se ho. Isko bilkul halka mat samjho aur turant kisi bade doctor ko dikhao. Apne dhyan rakho aur aaj hi aspatal jaakar jaanch karwa lo.

I track all my health vitals on my Apple Watch, and while heart rate changes can happen on these medications, actual chest pain is a major red flag. It could be severe gastrointestinal distress, or something cardiac. Please don't rely on apps or forums for this—go to a clinic immediately.

I experienced chest tightness while taking this class of medication and it turned out to be severe GERD. However, chest pain is a critical symptom that always requires immediate medical clearance. Go to an emergency room or see your cardiologist immediately to get an ECG done.

I had a massive panic attack thinking I was having heart issues when I first felt chest discomfort on this medicine. It turned out to be just severe acidity, which is a known side effect. Still, because it is chest pain, please get a doctor's opinion to rule out anything serious.
