Can ovarian cancer cause hip pain?

I've been experiencing persistent hip pain, especially on one side, and it's quite concerning. I'm trying to rule out any serious conditions. Could something like ovarian cancer be a cause for hip pain?

At Jupiter Hospital, the consulting gynecologist explained that pelvic tumors can compress nerves, leading to pain radiating to the hips and lower back. If you are having persistent hip discomfort, go to a good medical facility and ask your doctor for a clear scan.

Managing my high BP has taught me that we must keep a close eye on our body's signals and get routine checkups. If hip pain is accompanied by pelvic heaviness, it’s a sign to consult your doctor for diagnostic tests rather than delaying.

At my age, I wake up with hip pain just from sleeping wrong! But jokes aside, if your hip pain is continuous and you also have stomach bloating, don't just blame old age. Get it checked out by a proper physician.

Yes, pelvic pressure from ovarian issues can definitely cause referred pain in your hips. Don't worry too much but do get a quick checkup done to be completely safe. Sending you lots of positive vibes and strength!

I can only share what happened with my aunt. She had a persistent ache in her left hip that physiotherapy didn't help. It was only after a pelvic ultrasound that they discovered an ovarian mass pressing on her pelvic wall. It is always best to investigate.
