At my age, half my teeth are already discussing retirement plans! Oil pulling might give temporary relief from mild gum soreness, but if it is a real deep tooth pain, even a bucket of oil won't help. Save your jaws the workout and go get a proper checkup.

For temporary relief at home, rinsing with warm salt water is much faster and simpler than swishing oil for 15 minutes. It works wonders for minor swelling. But if the pain is severe, it means there is an infection, so a dentist's visit is the only real solution.

I know exactly how terrifying tooth pain can be, it literally makes your whole head throb and you can't sleep. I used to try oil pulling frantically to avoid going to the clinic. But trust me, once the doctor looks at it and treats the root cause, the relief is unmatched. Don't suffer in silence.

Listen, don't experiment too much with home remedies when you are in pain. Oil pulling can reduce some oral bacteria over time, but it won't stop an active toothache. Just take a deep breath, book a quick dentist appointment tomorrow, and get it sorted out safely.

Whenever I get mild sensitivity, oil pulling with sesame oil seems to soothe my gums a bit after a couple of days. But last year when I had a proper sharp toothache, oil pulling did nothing at all. I had to get a filling done to finally stop the pain.

Oil pulling is super nice for a clean mouth feel, but sadly it won't cure a nagging toothache! 🦷 Better to get it checked by a doc so you can eat your favorite food peacefully again. Take care and smile soon!
