Can obesity cause erectile dysfunction?

I'm a middle-aged man and have been dealing with obesity for a while. Lately, I've also noticed issues with erectile dysfunction. Is there a connection between being overweight and having problems with erectile function?

I am a bit hesitant to ask, but I have put on a lot of weight recently and am facing some issues. Does losing weight actually solve this problem completely, or do we need permanent medication?

I was reading some medical journals on this. Apparently, excess fat lowers testosterone levels and damages blood vessels, which directly impacts blood flow. It is amazing how much our weight affects everything internally.

Absolutely, poor cardiovascular health from obesity directly restricts blood flow. Try starting with 30-40 minutes of brisk walking or light cardio daily to improve your circulation. Getting active works wonders for hormonal balance.

Don't fall for fake herbal oils or random supplements online claiming to fix this. Obesity affects blood flow and hormones, which causes this issue. Go to a proper urologist or endocrinologist and get scientifically tested.

Listen buddy, there is absolutely no need to feel embarrassed about this. It is a very common physical side effect of weight gain and poor circulation. Focus on your fitness, reduce junk food, and the issue will likely resolve as your health improves.
