Can noodles give you cancer?

Love eating instant noodles, especially for a quick meal, and my friends and I have them quite often. But then someone jokingly said that noodles can give you cancer. Is there any truth to this? It sounds a bit extreme, but I wanted to check.

While instant noodles themselves don't directly cause cancer, the preservatives and high sodium in them are definitely not good for long-term health. If you eat them daily and experience chronic stomach pain or acidity, please get it checked by a gastroenterologist for safety.

Bro, I practically lived on instant noodles during my college days. They don't cause cancer, that's just a WhatsApp rumor. But honestly, they have zero nutritional value and made me super sluggish, so I've cut down on them big time.

I used to feel so guilty and anxious every time I fed my kids instant noodles because of these scary online posts. It is exhausting to worry about every single food item. They are safe occasionally, but keeping them as a rare treat is better for everyone's peace of mind.

If noodles caused cancer, most night-shift employees and college students would be in serious trouble by now! It's just junk food, guys. It won't give you cancer, but it might give you a bloated belly the next morning. Moderation is key.

Please don't worry too much. Eating instant noodles once in a while is perfectly fine and won't cause cancer. Just try to add lots of fresh veggies to them to make it a bit healthier, and avoid eating them every day.
