Can nano hydroxyapatite reverse cavities?

I've been hearing a lot about nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste lately as a natural way to strengthen teeth. My dentist said I have early signs of cavities forming. Can nano-hydroxyapatite truly help reverse cavities, or is it just for prevention?

I am so scared of dental drills and was hoping nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste could fix my early tooth decay. Has anyone else tried it for micro-cavities? Did your dentist actually confirm it worked, or did you still need a filling?

My dentist explained that nano hydroxyapatite can definitely remineralize early-stage enamel lesions (white spots). However, once a proper physical cavity or hole forms in the tooth, it cannot be reversed by toothpaste alone. You will still need a proper dental filling.

In our days, we used babool and neem to keep teeth strong, which naturally prevents decay. These new scientific pastes might help strengthen weak teeth, but if there is a proper deep hole, you must go to a dentist before the pain gets worse.

A clean diet and oil pulling with cold-pressed coconut oil have helped my gums immensely. While nano-hydroxyapatite paste is a gentle way to protect your teeth, remember that true healing comes from within. Let your dentist guide you if there is actual decay.

I try to look for gentle oral health options due to my body's general sensitivity with PCOS. While nano hydroxyapatite is great for sensitive teeth and rebuilding enamel, I don't think it can magically cure deep cavities. It is always better to get a dental checkup.

It can definitely help strengthen your tooth enamel and stop early decay from growing. But please visit a dentist if you have any tooth sensitivity or pain so they can check it.

I tried everything from clove oil to expensive mineral pastes to fix a small cavity. Honestly, while the paste made my teeth less sensitive, the cavity still had to be filled by my dentist. Don't delay the dental visit, it saves you pain later.
