Absolutely, mold can trigger terrible flare-ups. I spent months crying because of my severe eczema, feeling so self-conscious to even step out. Once we got the dampness in our house fixed, my skin finally started healing. I totally feel your pain.

I was also reading about this because my bedroom wall has some black mould near the window. Is it really true that it can trigger skin rashes? If anyone knows how to safely clean it, please tell me.

Haan, mold is a big culprit for skin allergies in Indian homes, especially during monsoon. Simple thing is to buy a cheap vinegar spray and scrub those damp walls regularly. Also, keep the bathroom doors open for ventilation so moisture doesn't settle.

I have noticed that environmental allergens like mold put a lot of stress on the body. Just like I monitor my BP and lifestyle, you must address this dampness and see a dermatologist. Ignoring these triggers just makes the body struggle more.

Yes, mold is a major skin enemy! 😟 My cousin had bad rashes until she got her room treated for dampness. Once the mold was gone, her skin became so happy and clear again. Definitely get it cleaned up soon! ✨
