Can monsters cause cancer?

My younger brother drinks a lot of Monster energy drinks. Our aunt recently got cancer, and she was always very health-conscious otherwise. Now my mother is worried about my brother. Can these 'Monster' drinks cause cancer?

These drinks are highly processed and packed with artificial additives, which are never good for the body. While there's no direct link to cancer, eating organic, fresh foods is much safer for long-term health.

Any processed drink filled with high caffeine and chemicals disrupts the natural balance of your body. Practicing yoga and pranayama can give you natural vitality without the need for these harmful packaged beverages.

Honestly, I drink Monster during exam weeks and I'm fine. It won't give you cancer, but it definitely messes up your stomach and sleep if you drink too much of it. Moderation is key.

I was looking into this because my friends drink it all the time. There is actually no scientific proof that Monster directly causes cancer, though the high sugar content is definitely bad for you.

In our days, we had natural energy from milk and fresh fruits, not these canned chemicals. Don't worry too much about cancer from a few drinks, but it's best to stop using them for your long-term wellness.
