Can mobile phones give you cancer?

Everyone talks about how much screen time we have these days, and I'm a bit worried about my health. I keep seeing articles about phone radiation. Is it true, can mobile phones give you cancer?

Haan na, hum log har cheez se darr jaate hain aajkal. But actually, doctors say phone signals are low frequency and don't cause cancer. Fir bhi safety ke liye lambi baat karni ho toh headphones use kiya karo.

Let's be clear: there is absolutely no scientific link between mobile phones and cancer. It's just non-ionizing radiation. Stop stressing over WhatsApp forwards and live your life.

I used to get severe headaches and thought it was due to phone radiation causing something bad. Turned out it was just bad posture and eye strain from staring at the screen for too long. Get your eyes checked instead of worrying about cancer.

I completely understand getting anxious about this, but don't worry! Mobile phones don't have enough energy to damage our cells like that. Just don't use it too much before bed so you can sleep peacefully.

We worry so much about imaginary things like mobile phone cancer, but ignore real warning signs in our bodies. I ignored persistent headaches for months and really regretted not getting a proper brain scan and doctor checkup sooner.

My teenagers also worry about this because of internet rumors. I tell them there is no real proof of cancer, but keeping the phone away during sleep is still a very healthy boundary to set for their mental peace.
