Can mobile phones cause brain cancer?

I spend a lot of time on my phone for work and personal use, and I've heard so many conflicting things about radiation. My wife is always telling me to keep it away from my head. Can mobile phones actually cause brain cancer?

I was actually reading a WHO report about this recently. There's no concrete scientific evidence linking mobile phone radiation to brain cancer. Still, using earphones just to be on the safer side is a good habit.

We often worry about mobile phones causing cancer, but ignore actual endocrine health. It's much better to focus on getting regular health tests, like a thyroid panel, and keeping up with regular doctor follow-ups for actual symptoms.

My son also read some random YouTube video about this and got super scared. I told him not to worry, but I still made a rule that no one sleeps with the phone next to their head. It's just a good sleep hygiene practice anyway.

Haan na, WhatsApp par toh kuch bhi news aati rehti hai iske baare mein. Actually, scientific research says it is safe. Phir bhi, raat ko sote waqt phone thoda door rakhna hi achha hai.

As far as science is concerned, mobile phones emit non-ionizing radiation, which doesn't damage DNA to cause cancer. However, holding a hot phone to your ear for hours can cause headaches, so use hands-free options.
