Can migraine cure?

I've been suffering from chronic migraines for several years now, and the medication only helps temporarily. I am desperate to know if there is any permanent cure available for migraines.

There might not be a permanent 'cure' in medical books, but you can definitely manage it beautifully. Keep your mind calm with daily meditation and stay positive. Our body has a great capacity to heal when we reduce stress.

Just like diabetes, migraine cannot be completely cured but it can be controlled very well. You have to be strict with your food timings and sleeping habits. Consult a good doctor for a proper management plan instead of searching for miracle cures.

I was researching this for my roommate and learned that while there is no lifetime cure, modern preventive medicines can reduce the frequency by 80-90%. So it's basically as good as gone if you find the right treatment with a neurologist.

Don't waste time looking for permanent cures on the internet. Work with a neurologist to get on a proper preventive medication cycle. It saved my career because now I barely get one mild attack in three months.

There is no magic pill to cure it permanently yaar. Actually, it is all about managing your triggers like bright sunlight, tea/coffee patterns, and stress. If you manage those, your migraine will rarely trouble you.
