Can men get ovarian cancer?

This might sound like a silly question, but it genuinely occurred to me while discussing cancer types with a friend. Since men have internal organs, I wondered if they could technically get ovarian cancer even though they don't have ovaries. Is this medically possible?

I totally get it, medical terms can sometimes be very confusing! Men cannot get ovarian cancer because biologically they do not have ovaries.

No, men do not have ovaries, so they cannot get ovarian cancer. But they can get other reproductive system issues, so any pain should still be checked.

Don't believe any random internet posts saying men can get ovarian cancer. Men don't have ovaries, but if they have abdominal issues, go to a qualified doctor to find the real cause.

Biologically, men don't have ovaries, so ovarian cancer isn't possible for them. If there's any confusion about symptoms or anatomy, please ask a doctor at a good hospital.

No, biologically men can't get ovarian cancer since they don't have ovaries. Keep focusing on a balanced diet and overall fitness to stay healthy.

No, my friend, men do not have ovaries so this cancer does not affect them. If someone is experiencing lower abdomen pain, please consult a physician for a proper diagnosis.

Please don't worry about this. Men do not have the biological organs to get ovarian cancer, so it is not possible.
