Can masturbation cause heart attack?

Alarming posts on a health forum suggested masturbation can put a strain on the heart and even lead to a heart attack. Despite being generally healthy, this has made me quite worried. Is there any medical basis for such a claim?

Oh absolutely not! It is actually a normal physical activity and doesn't cause any heart attacks. Keep your mind happy and don't worry about such scary myths! 😊

Listen to me, don't stress too much about this. It is completely safe and healthy, and it doesn't give you heart attacks. Whoever told you this was probably just trying to scare you, so relax!

No, it doesn't cause heart attacks. As someone managing diabetes, I know heart health is more about controlling blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure. Focus on a balanced diet and regular walks for a healthy heart.

It is physically safe and won't cause heart attacks. But if you are experiencing racing heartbeats or palpitations in general, please check with a doctor. Sometimes thyroid issues or vitamin deficiencies cause these sensations, so getting routine blood tests is always a good idea.

Arey nahi yaar, who told you this? Actually, it is just a form of mild physical exertion, like climbing stairs. Unless you already have a severe underlying heart condition, it is totally safe and normal.

Scientifically it does not cause any heart attack, it is normal. However, if you ever feel chest tightness or shortness of breath during any physical exertion, you must immediately get it checked by a cardiologist for your safety.

Nahi babu, aisa kuch nahi hota hai. Ye sab bilkul jhooth baatein hain. Bhagwan ne sharir ko aise banaya hai ki isse koi nuksaan nahi hota, aap bilkul chinta mat kariye aur khush rahiye.

My cardiologist once explained that physical intimacy or self-pleasure increases the heart rate temporarily, which is actually good for cardiovascular health, similar to light exercise. There is absolutely no risk of a heart attack for a healthy person.

My son also got very scared after reading something stupid on the internet and asked me about this. I told him clearly that it is a natural part of growing up and completely harmless. Don't worry at all, focus on your studies and health.
