Can marijuana caude thyroid problems?

I occasionally use marijuana recreationally, and I'm trying to be more aware of its health effects. My uncle has thyroid problems, which made me wonder. Can regular marijuana use potentially cause thyroid issues?

Some studies say it can affect your hormone levels, but there is no clear answer. Just try to focus on healthy habits and don't worry too much, things will be fine.

I totally get it, you must be feeling anxious trying to connect these things. It's really stressful when you feel like something you did might have messed up your health. It is always better to get a simple blood test done to clear your mind.

I have been managing thyroid issues for five years now, and any kind of substance use can mess with your body's endocrine system. You should get a TSH test done and discuss your lifestyle openly with an endocrinologist.

For mild fatigue or stress, drinking herbal tea or ginger water can help. But if you have extreme weight gain, swelling in the neck, or severe mood changes, please see a specialist doctor instead of treating it at home.

My son had some hormonal fluctuations and we found out that irregular habits and bad sleep patterns were making it worse. It is really important to keep a clean routine and get proper medical advice from a doctor.
