Can liver cause nausea?

I've been feeling nauseous almost every morning for the past month, and sometimes I even lose my appetite. I've tried home remedies, but nothing seems to help. Could liver issues be the reason why I'm feeling so nauseous all the time?

Honestly, I had this same issue last year and completely panicked thinking it was some major liver failure. It turned out to be just mild fatty liver and some acidity, which got better once I changed my eating habits. Just get a simple LFT done to be sure, it is usually nothing to stress so much about.

I completely understand how exhausting and scary this feeling is, especially when you keep wondering if it's your liver. The constant sick feeling in your stomach can really drain you mentally. Please be kind to yourself and take a deep breath, you aren't alone in feeling this way.

Yes, liver issues can definitely make you feel nauseous, especially if your body is struggling to process fats. I noticed this when I was overdoing my protein shakes and eating too much heavy food. Cleaning up my diet and adding daily brisk walks made a huge difference to my digestion.

Nausea can have so many causes, from simple indigestion to liver issues like fatty liver or hepatitis. While it is good to research, it is best not to self-diagnose. Please consult a general physician and get a liver function test to find out what is actually going on.

Beta, in our days, when anyone felt nauseous due to heavy liver, we would give them fresh amla juice or light khichdi with zero oil. The liver needs rest when it is struggling, so avoid outside junk food completely. Do see a proper doctor if the vomiting feeling does not go away in a day or two.

I used to feel nauseous every morning because of my sluggish liver. I tried so many gharelu nuskhe like warm ginger water and pudina chaas, which definitely gave me temporary relief from the sickness. But definitely go get your liver levels checked once by a doctor to treat the root cause.
