Can lack of sleep cause heart flutters?

I've been feeling my heart flutter sometimes, almost like it skips a beat, and it's quite unsettling. I'm struggling with insomnia and often get very little sleep. Could this lack of sleep be causing these heart flutters?

When my heart flutters due to tiredness, deep breathing and drinking cold water helps. But heart issues are serious, so if you feel any chest tightness, please go to a doctor immediately.

I have been feeling these weird flutters in my chest after staying up late. Is this actually very common or should I be worried? I will consult a doctor soon.

My cardiologist explained that lack of sleep releases adrenaline, which can trigger skipped beats or flutters. It is very important to get an ECG done to rule out other issues, so please visit a clinic.

Listen, heart flutters are not something you ignore. Sleeplessness definitely triggers them, but you must get your heart checked by a doctor to be absolutely safe.

Since I have high blood pressure, I know how badly sleep deprivation affects the heart rhythm. Do not take it lightly. Get your blood pressure and heart checked by a medical professional.
