Can lack of sleep cause ed?

My wife and I have noticed some issues in the bedroom lately, and it's causing me a lot of stress. I haven't been sleeping well at all due to financial worries. I'm wondering if a severe lack of sleep can contribute to ED problems.

Yes, constant tiredness and lack of sleep can definitely impact your performance. Try prioritizing your rest, and please speak to a doctor if you are worried.

Stress and less sleep can really affect your physical health, ho na. Body gets too tired to function properly. Better to improve your routine and see a doctor for proper guidance.

My sleep tracker shows that poor deep sleep messes up testosterone levels, which directly causes ED issues. Tracking and improving your sleep hygiene can help, but consulting a specialist is the safest step.

I read an article saying that sleep deprivation lowers libido and causes erectile issues due to high stress hormones. It is quite common. You should definitely check with a doctor to be sure.

Absolutely, sleep loss ruins your hormones and circulation. There is no need to feel embarrassed about it. Just go see a urologist or general physician and get it sorted.
