Can lack of ejaculation cause prostate cancer?

I recently read something online that suggested men should ejaculate regularly for prostate health, and this got me worried. Is it true that a lack of ejaculation can actually increase the risk of prostate cancer? I want to know if I need to adjust my habits.

Don't stress yourself over this too much. There are some studies saying regular ejaculation might actually help keep the prostate healthy, but not doing it doesn't mean you will get cancer. It is just one small factor among many, so relax and stay active.

Honestly, there is no direct link like that. Prostate health depends way more on your age, family history, and general lifestyle than just this one thing. If you are really worried, just get a basic screening done during your annual health checkup.

Look, it is better not to guess or assume things when it comes to organs like the prostate. If you are experiencing any pain, flow issues, or general discomfort, please consult a urologist. Getting a professional opinion is always the safest path.

I don't think there is a direct cause-and-effect relationship here. For general prostate health, focus more on adding lycopene-rich foods like cooked tomatoes to your diet and keeping a healthy weight. Diet and exercise play a much bigger role in preventing such issues.

There is a lot of random misinformation floating around on the internet about this stuff. Don't believe everything you read on forums or blogs. It is best to ask a qualified doctor directly instead of worrying yourself based on online rumors.

No need to worry so much, bro! Ejaculation frequency isn't a direct ticket to cancer or safety. Just stay healthy, eat well, and keep active. Live life stress-free and don't let these random thoughts ruin your mood. 😊

As someone managing diabetes, I know how easily we worry about other health complications. But from what I have researched and asked my doctor, there is no direct connection here. Keeping your blood sugar and overall health in check is far more important.

My partner was stressing about this same thing after reading some weird article online. When we asked our family doctor, he cleared it up saying it is mostly a myth and there is no direct link. Don't let these articles scare you.

I had a scare regarding prostate issues a couple of years back and discussed this extensively with my doc. He told me that regular ejaculation is good for prostate health, but lack of it doesn't cause cancer. Focus on reducing stress and staying active instead.

I actually read up on this because I had the same doubt a few months back. Most medical articles say there is no solid proof that keeping it in causes cancer. It is mostly down to genetics and age, so don't overthink it, yaar.
