Can kiwi fruit help you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, and I'm trying to find natural remedies before resorting to medicines. Someone told me that eating kiwi fruit before bed can help. Is it true that kiwi can actually improve sleep quality?

I have read some studies suggesting that eating two kiwis before bed can actually improve your sleep quality. It is because they have serotonin, which helps relax your mind. It's a very simple and safe thing to add to your post-dinner routine.

Kiwis are great for vitamins, but for sleep, I also recommend a quick 15-minute walk after dinner. If your doctor allows light physical activity, a evening stroll combined with clean eating works wonders for insomnia. Give it a try along with your fruits!

I tried warm milk, chamomile tea, and even eating a kiwi fruit daily before sleeping for a month. Honestly, kiwi did help me feel a bit lighter and sleep slightly better, but it's not a magic cure. It is definitely worth trying as a healthy natural option though.

Please be careful if you have severe sleep issues, as simple dietary changes might not be enough. I once ignored my chronic insomnia hoping home remedies would fix it, but it turned out to be a thyroid issue. Definitely consult a specialist if you're struggling to sleep for weeks.

I love eating kiwis and natural foods for wellness, they definitely support good health. But if your sleep issues are severe or you are feeling constantly exhausted, please don't rely only on fruits. Go get a proper medical opinion from a doctor.

Kiwi is a bit expensive in our local market, so I don't buy it daily. If you can afford it, go for it as it has good vitamins. Otherwise, simple habits like keeping your phone away an hour before sleeping also work perfectly fine and cost nothing.
