Can kidney stones dissolve in bladder?

My kidney stone has moved down and is now in my bladder, according to the latest scan. Can stones dissolve once they reach the bladder, or does it mean it will have to be passed?

In my experience, once a stone reaches the bladder, it has already passed the narrowest part of the journey. While some uric acid stones might slowly dissolve with the right medical syrups, most stones just sit in the bladder until they are flushed out. Don't worry, a doctor can easily guide you on this.

Honestly, I thought once it reaches the bladder it just magically melts away, but my biology major friend told me it usually just waits to be peed out. If it's too big, it can cause a lot of irritation. Better to just get a quick checkup with a doc to be sure.

Managing my blood pressure means keeping a close eye on my kidneys too. If a stone is in the bladder, medical therapy can sometimes help dissolve or pass it, but you need regular checkups to make sure it isn't blocking anything. Please consult your physician for a proper plan.

The bladder has a lot of space compared to the ureter, so the pain usually reduces here. While certain medications can help dissolve specific stones in the bladder, drinking plenty of water to just flush them out is the most practical solution. Show your doctor to get the right medicine.

Certain stones, especially those caused by high uric acid, can dissolve if the urine is kept alkaline through proper diet and medications. Eating lots of citrus fruits and drinking lemon water helps, but you must consult your doctor to know the exact type of stone before changing your diet too much.

Haan, urologist to bolte hain ki bladder mein aane ke baad stone easily nikal jata hai, but dissolve hona stone ke type par depend karta hai na. Agar uric acid stone hai toh dawa se dissolve ho sakta hai. Ek baar doctor se mil lo, bilkul sahi advice mil jayegi.

I’ve been chugging water at 3 AM hoping this annoying stone in my bladder would just dissolve and leave me alone. Unless it's a specific type of uric acid stone that reacts to meds, it probably won't just dissolve on its own. Save yourself the sleepless nights and see a urologist.
