Can kidney stones cause tiredness?

I'm always feeling so tired lately, no matter how much I sleep. My doctor just found a small kidney stone during a routine check-up. Could this constant tiredness be a side effect of the kidney stone?

When I had an 8mm stone, I felt incredibly exhausted and drained all day, even without doing much physical work. Once the stone passed, my normal energy levels returned completely.

Yes, chronic pain from stones and the stress on your body can make you feel very tired. Since high blood pressure can also cause fatigue, make sure to get regular lifestyle checkups and monitor both.

Bhai, jab shareer me pathri ka dard hota hai, toh thakaan hona bahut aam baat hai. Shareer kamzor ho jata hai. Thoda aaram kijiye aur doctor babu ko dikha lijiye.

Actually yes, it makes you super tired yaar. Dealing with that constant dull ache all day just saps all your energy. Better to get a quick checkup and rest up.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to feel so exhausted all the time. I used to feel so guilty for being tired, but my doctor validated that the body uses a lot of energy fighting stone pain. Be gentle with yourself.

My fitness tracker showed a huge drop in my sleep quality and recovery score when I had a kidney stone. The constant low-grade pain really drains your energy. Keep yourself hydrated and track your symptoms.

Beta, the kidneys filter our blood, and when they are struggling with stones, the whole body feels tired. Drink fresh barley water to flush them, but do not skip your regular doctor checkup.

I am feeling extremely weak and fatigued lately with my stone diagnosis. Does anyone else also feel this constant lack of energy? I'm worried it might be something else.

Yes, stones can make you feel weak. Try to have light vegetarian meals, drink fresh coconut water, and avoid high-oxalate foods to reduce the load on your kidneys, which might help with the fatigue.

The energy of the body gets depleted when the kidneys are under stress. Practicing gentle pranayama and taking adequate rest can help restore your vitality, but do follow your doctor's advice.

Listen, of course you will feel tired if your body is fighting off severe pain and trying to pass a stone. Stop overthinking, drink plenty of water, and consult a doctor for proper treatment.

My grandmother always said that kidney issues heat up the body and cause fatigue. While her herbal drinks offered some comfort, consulting a urologist is what actually resolved my stone and tiredness.
