Can kidney stones cause blood in sperm?

I recently noticed a bit of blood when I ejaculated, which was quite alarming. I also have a history of kidney stones. Is there a possibility that kidney stones could cause blood to appear in sperm?

Bro, I actually went through this exact same thing last year and freaked out completely. Turns out a stone was irritating my urinary tract and prostate area, which caused the blood. Definitely go see a urologist, they will run a few tests and sort it out.

I can completely understand how shocking and emotionally draining it is to see that. It made me feel so anxious and depressed for weeks thinking it was something fatal. It can indeed happen due to stone irritation, but please talk to a doctor to put your mind at ease.

While hematospermia (blood in semen) is rarely a sign of anything malignant, a kidney stone or associated infection can trigger it. It is absolutely essential to consult a urologist rather than trying to diagnose this yourself. They will probably suggest a routine urine and semen analysis.

Yes, it is possible due to the inflammation caused by stones. I highly recommend visiting a urologist for an ultrasound to find the exact cause.

Oh god, I would be so terrified if I saw that, my anxiety would go through the roof thinking of all possible worst-case scenarios. But yes, stones can cause local swelling and bleeding. Please get it checked by a professional so you can sleep peacefully at night.

I tried all kinds of herbal juices and cooling drinks when I had kidney issues, but when this symptom happened, I realized home remedies have a limit. It can be caused by the stone causing inflammation nearby. Don't waste time on home treatments for this, go to a urologist.

I totally get it, seeing blood where it shouldn't be is highly alarming and can cause a lot of panic. Kidney stones can sometimes cause irritation in the prostate or urethra, leading to this. Please be gentle with yourself and get a doctor to check it out.

My uncle told me to drink barley water and tender coconut to cool down the body, but seeing blood in semen is something you should definitely show to a doctor. It can sometimes happen due to the pressure or inflammation from a kidney stone. Please get a proper medical opinion.
