Can kidney stones block sperm?

I've been diagnosed with kidney stones, and my wife and I are trying to start a family. I'm really worried, can these stones potentially block sperm pathways and affect fertility?

From what I know about keeping the body healthy, kidney stones stay in the urinary system and don't affect the sperm pathway. But any kind of pain or block in that region needs a professional checkup. Don't ignore it, get an ultrasound done.

No, kidney stones cannot block sperm. The urinary tract and the reproductive tract are separate systems, although they share the final exit pathway. Please consult a qualified doctor to clear up any doubts rather than worrying.

Bro, kidney stones block your pee and make you cry at 2 AM, but they don't block sperm. They are two different plumbing systems inside. Trust me, I've spent enough sleepless nights researching this stuff.

No, they don't block sperm because they are in the urinary tract, not the reproductive ducts. However, a stone can cause severe pain and swelling, which might make any physical activity uncomfortable. Focus on hydration and getting it cleared first.

I had a 6mm stone last year and was worried about all sorts of things. But no, it doesn't affect sperm at all. It just hurts like crazy when you try to pee. Drink lots of water and go see a urologist, they'll clear it up.
