Can kidney disease cause frequent urination?

My father has been waking up multiple times at night to urinate, and he also has early-stage kidney disease. We are trying to understand if his kidney condition is the reason for this increased frequency.

Yes, especially at night, damaged kidney filters can make you pee more frequently. I used to think it was just my high water intake during workouts, but it's a known symptom. Keep an eye on it and definitely consult a doctor before changing your hydration routine.

Frequent urination is very common, and as a diabetic, I always have to watch out for this. It can mean high blood sugar or that your kidneys are struggling to filter properly. Please get your HbA1c and kidney function tested to know the exact cause.

Haan, baar-baar peshab aana kidney kharabi ka sanket ho sakta hai. Aap pehle kisi mehnge doctor ke paas jaane ke bajaye ek normal lab se Urine Routine aur Kidney Function Test (KFT) kara lo, mushkil se 600-700 rupaye lagenge. Report lekar hi doctor ke paas jana.

Yes, it can. When my daughter had a kidney-related urinary tract infection, she had to run to the washroom every ten minutes. It was so exhausting for her. Please get a simple urine routine test done for your peace of mind and show a pediatrician or physician.

Consult a nephrologist

According to my doctor, when kidney filters are damaged, they cannot concentrate urine properly, which leads to a higher volume of urine, especially at night (nocturia). It's a key early indicator of kidney issues, so a proper clinical evaluation is highly recommended.

I recently recovered from a kidney infection and this was my main symptom—I was peeing almost every hour, especially at night. Once I got the right antibiotics and treatment from my nephrologist, it stopped completely. Don't ignore it, get a checkup done.

I am new here and a bit scared to ask, but I've been peeing a lot recently too. Does kidney-related frequent urination also come with back pain, or is it just the washroom trips? I would really appreciate if someone could guide me on what to do next.

Mera experience isme bohot kharab raha hai. Maine baar-baar peshab aane ko aam baat samjha, par baad me pata chala kidney me sujan aa gayi thi. Bilkul laparwahi mat kijiye, turant kisi acche nephrologist se milkar sahi checkup karwaiye.

Don't panic, okay? Frequent urination can be due to many simple things like a minor infection or just drinking more water, but yes, kidneys can also cause it. Just promise me you'll get a quick urine test done tomorrow so we can figure this out safely.

Yes, when the body's water element is out of balance due to weak kidneys, urination frequency changes. Gentle yoga like Vajrasana after meals can support digestion, but for kidney health, you must consult your doctor and get proper clinical tests done first.
