Can internal hemorrhoids cause pain?

My doctor recently diagnosed me with internal hemorrhoids, saying they usually don't cause pain. Lately, however, I've been experiencing quite a bit of discomfort and a dull ache sometimes. Is it normal for internal hemorrhoids to cause pain, or should I be worried?

Listen, don't stress too much about it! Usually, internal piles don't hurt because there aren't many pain-sensing nerves deep inside, but they can cause a lot of discomfort or ache if they swell up big or slip outside. If you are hurting, just sit in warm water for some relief and tell me how it goes.

Bro, honestly, I had this during my exam semester from sitting on the chair all day. Internal ones usually just bleed without hurting, but if they get prolapsed, the pain is real. Try not to strain on the toilet and drink lots of water, otherwise sitting in lectures becomes a nightmare.

I paid the price for eating extra spicy shezwan noodles three nights in a row, let me tell you! Usually internal ones are painless, but if they get irritated by hard stools, it feels like a fire down there. Cut down on the red chili and eat some curd rice to cool down your system.

Normally, internal hemorrhoids are painless and the first sign is just seeing blood in the toilet. But if they become thrombosed or prolapse outside, they can cause very sharp pain. Please keep your diet rich in fiber and don't ignore it if the pain is severe; a doctor can easily prescribe a soothing ointment.

Actually, internal ones don't have pain receptors, so you mostly feel them only when they bleed, yaar. But if they pop out during bowel movements, then it hurts like crazy and gets really uncomfortable to sit. Better to consult a doc before it worsens.

Even if people say internal piles don't cause pain, any rectal pain needs a proper medical evaluation. You cannot be sure if it is piles, a fissure, or something else without a doctor checking it. Please visit a proctologist as soon as possible to get an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
