Can infants sleep in pack and plays?

We travel quite a bit and are considering getting a pack and play for our infant to sleep in. It seems convenient, but I want to ensure it's safe. Can infants sleep in pack and plays for their regular naps and overnight sleep?

Yes, they can safely sleep in them as long as the mattress is firm and flat. Setting up a safe sleeping space for the baby gave me the peace of mind to squeeze in a quick 30-minute home workout or jog while the baby napped safely inside.

Absolutely, my kids slept in a pack and play for the first year. Just make sure you don't add any extra soft mattresses, pillows, or blankets on top because that makes it unsafe. Use only the firm pad that comes with it and a tight-fitted sheet.

Yes, totally! It's actually a lifesaver when you are traveling or visiting nani's house. It is super cozy and keeps them safe in one spot. Just ensure there are no loose toys inside so they can sleep peacefully.

Yes, a pack and play is a wonderful, secure space for an infant to rest. Keeping the sleeping area completely simple and clutter-free creates a very calm, peaceful energy for the baby's sleep, which is so important for their growing minds.

Oh, they absolutely can! Having our baby nap safely in the pack and play right next to the dining table was the only way my wife and I could enjoy our hot biryani deliveries in peace. Just make sure the surface is flat and firm.
