Can indigestion cause stomach pain?

Ate some street food yesterday and my stomach has been hurting ever since. I'm wondering if this pain is just because of indigestion. Sometimes it gets really severe, so I wanted to ask.

Yes, absolutely! Indigestion is the most common reason for that annoying stomach ache and bloating. Drink some warm water and you'll feel better soon! 😊

Yes, indigestion definitely causes stomach pain. Try having a cup of warm mint tea to soothe the stomach muscles.

Indigestion pain is usually a mix of bloating and cramps in the upper abdomen. I log my meals to identify triggers like oily food or dairy. Try a light walk to help digestion.

I am experiencing this right now after eating out. Does the pain usually stay in the upper stomach, or can it move around? Sorry, I don't get stomach aches often.

Yes, indigestion causes stomach discomfort, but if you have diabetes, delayed stomach emptying can also be a cause. Watch your sugar levels and consult your doctor if the pain is frequent.

Beta, indigestion always causes stomach aches. Mix a pinch of hing (asafoetida) in warm water and drink it, or rub it around your belly button. But if the pain is very sharp, go see a doctor.
