Can indigestion cause back pain?

For the past few days, I've had a lot of acidity and a feeling of discomfort in my stomach. Now I'm also getting some back pain. Can indigestion actually lead to pain in the back?

Yeah bro, it actually does. Whenever I have heavy junk food, the bloating gets so bad that my upper back starts aching like crazy. Drinking warm water usually clears it up in an hour.

Don't worry, it's very common for gas pressure to travel to the back. Just lie down on your side, drink a little warm water, and avoid heavy foods. If it doesn't go away by tomorrow, we can check with a doctor.

Eating high-fat vegetarian foods or eating too fast can cause severe gas, which radiates to the back. Try having simple khichdi and avoid raw salads at night to see if the back pain reduces.

Yaar, actually gas pain can travel to weird places like your shoulders and back. Don't panic, just take a light walk and avoid lying down immediately after eating.

I just dealt with this last week! I thought I pulled a muscle in my back, but it was just severe acidity and trapped gas. A simple antacid prescribed by my doc sorted it out instantly.

Haan bilkul, acidity aur gas ki wajah se peeth mein dard ho jata hai na. Thoda light khana khao aur thandi dahi ya buttermilk piyo, aaram milega.
