Can i use nizoral anti dandruff shampoo everyday?

I used Nizoral twice a week and was already paranoid about hair loss! Using it daily sounds really harsh because it's a strong medicated shampoo. Maybe check with a doctor first? I wouldn't risk using it every day without being absolutely sure.
