Can i sleep with a waist trainer?

I recently bought a waist trainer because I want to achieve a smaller waistline. I'm wondering if it's okay to wear it all night while I sleep to get faster and more effective results. Is sleeping with a waist trainer safe?

I used to panic thinking I had to wear it 24/7 to get results, but actually sleeping in it is not safe at all. When I stopped wearing it to bed, my sleep improved so much and my breathing felt normal again.

Beta, raat ko sote samay sharir ko bilkul dhila aur aaramdayak rakhna chahiye. Yeh sab kaskar bandhne se andar ke bhediyon ko nuksan pahunchta hai, isse bachein.

I can barely sleep in loose pyjamas, how do people even think of sleeping in a waist trainer! Seriously, give your organs a break at night, you need your oxygen.

I am thinking of buying a soft waist shaper instead. Is it safe to sleep in those, or is any tight clothing bad for sleeping?

My gym trainer strictly said no to sleeping in waist trainers. It restricts your breathing and can crush your ribs over time, so just wear it during the day if you must.

I was researching fitness trends and almost every reputable source says sleeping in a waist trainer is a bad idea. It restricts lymphatic drainage and normal digestion while sleeping.

When I asked my physician during my checkup at Fortis, he strongly advised against wearing waist trainers at night. He mentioned it can lead to severe acid reflux and respiratory issues.

Haan na, bilkul mat pehno raat ko. Raat ko body ko rest chahiye hota hai, waist trainer se breathing restrict hoti hai aur acidity bhi badh sakti hai.

It is highly impractical and unsafe to sleep in one. Your sleep quality will drop, making you tired at work the next day. Stick to a clean diet and exercise for waist shaping instead.

Oh absolutely not! Let your body breathe and digest your dinner in peace. Keep the waist trainer strictly for daytime use.

No, you should never sleep in a waist trainer. It restricts your breathing and can cause internal organ damage.

I ignored persistent acid reflux for months from wearing tight gym belts, and it turned into severe gastritis. Don't make the same mistake, sleep in loose clothes and consult a doc if you have heartburn.

Apne sharir se prem karein aur use kasht na dein. Raat ka samay aaram ke liye hai, isliye ise prakritik roop se sone dein.

Please avoid this. I wore a tight corset to bed once and woke up with severe stomach cramps and breathing difficulty, which took days to settle. Get checked if you already have pain.

Unless you want to wake up feeling like you were hugged by a python all night, please take it off! Your stomach and ribs will thank you.
