Can i sleep on my tummy while pregnant?

I'm pregnant and love sleeping on my tummy; it's the most comfortable position for me. Is this position safe throughout pregnancy, or do I need to change how I sleep as my belly grows?

Pehle trimester mein pet ke bal sone se koi dikkat nahi hai. Jab tummy badhne lagegi toh khud hi uncomfortable ho jayega, tab left side sona shuru kar dena.

Yes, it is perfectly fine in the early weeks of pregnancy. Just switch to your side as your baby bump starts to show.

Aap bas man ko khush rakhein aur achi nind lein. Shuruat mein tummy par sona thik hai, dheere-dheere adatan karwat lekar sona seekhein.

In the initial stages, stomach sleeping is fine and won't affect the baby. Keeping your back muscles strong with some pregnancy-safe stretching will make side sleeping easier later on.

Haan, shuru mein toh bilkul so sakte ho, koi issue nahi hai. Baad mein toh pet bada ho jata hai toh posssible hi nahi hota na, toh abhi enjoy kar lo.

It is completely safe in the first trimester. Doing gentle core-strengthening walks and stretches now will help you avoid lower back pain when you transition to side-sleeping.
