Can i sleep on my stomach first trimester?

I'm in my first trimester and have always been a stomach sleeper. I'm wondering if it's still safe to sleep on my stomach at this early stage of pregnancy, or if I should start getting used to a different position now?

Yes, it is generally considered safe to sleep on your stomach in the first trimester because the fetus is well-protected. However, as your body changes, it is always a good practice to discuss sleep positions with your gynecologist.

You can absolutely sleep on your stomach right now without spending money on expensive pregnancy pillows. Save that money for the scans and tests that will come up in the second and third trimesters.

I used to panic every time I woke up on my stomach during my first trimester! But my doctor told me the baby is tiny and cushioned by amniotic fluid, so it is completely safe until your belly starts growing.

Sone ko mil raha hai toh so jao yaar! In the first trimester, sleep however you want because very soon you won't get any sleep at all, let alone on your stomach.

Trust me, don't stress too much about this right now. Your uterus is still small and safely tucked behind your pelvic bone, so sleep on your tummy and enjoy it while you can!
