Can i sleep on my right side when pregnant?

I'm pregnant and trying my best to sleep on my left side, as recommended. But sometimes I wake up having shifted to my right side. Is sleeping on my right side when pregnant harmful to the baby or me?

Yes you can, just try putting a soft pillow between your knees for extra comfort.

Bilkul so sakti hain right side par. Agar acidity hoti hai toh head side thoda elevate kar lena ya left side try karna, usse kaafi relief milta hai.

I can only share what my wife did during her pregnancy. She mostly slept on her left side but switched to the right side whenever her left hip became too sore, and everything went smoothly.

Beta, aap bas man shant rakhein aur jis position mein sharir ko aaram mile waise soyein. Bhagwan pe bharosa rakhein, sab accha hoga.

Sleeping on the right is fine, but to avoid stiffness, do some light stretching or pregnancy-safe walks during the day. Keeping your body active really helps with comfortable sleep at night.

Yes, you can sleep on the right. Doing some gentle breathing exercises or deep pranayama before bed can also relax your muscles and help you get better sleep on either side.

My wife was so paranoid about this, she used to wake up angry if she rolled to the right. Doctor told us right side is absolutely fine, so chill out and sleep comfortably.

Our elders always say to sleep on the left side only, but our doctor clarified that right side is also perfectly safe. It is good to switch sides so your body doesn't get tired.

Omg same here, I was so confused about this! I slept on my right side a lot during my second trimester and it was totally fine, just avoid sleeping flat on your back.

Don't stress too much about this. Right side is safe, just make sure you are getting enough comfortable sleep.

I totally get it, every little thing makes you worry during pregnancy! Right side is totally okay, just use a pregnancy pillow to support your belly.
