Can i learn to sleep with your eyes open?

Lately, I've been feeling like my sleep is very shallow, almost like I'm not fully shutting down. Sometimes I even wake up feeling like my eyes were barely closed. Is it even possible to 'learn' to sleep with your eyes open, or is it just a sign of bad sleep habits?

Why would you want to do that, beta? Sleeping with eyes open can dry them out completely and cause severe infections or damage to the cornea. If you are facing any eye irritation or dryness already, please see an eye doctor immediately instead of trying such things.

Sleeping with eyes open is not something you can or should learn. Your eyes need to close to protect themselves from dirt and to keep the surface moist. If you are having trouble sleeping, try a warm cup of milk or simple meditation before bed instead.

No, you should not try to learn this. Sleeping with open eyes is actually a medical condition called nocturnal lagophthalmos. If you or someone you know does this naturally, it is highly recommended to consult an eye specialist for a proper examination for safety.

Arre na yaar, why do you want to do this? Normal sleeping is best, eyes closed karke hi dhang se rest milta hai. If you try keeping them open, dust and dryness will ruin your eyes. Don't experiment with your health, haan.

Kya yaar, yeh kaisa sawal hai? Eyes are meant to be closed during sleep so they can rest and lubricate. Doing this forcefully will only lead to dry eyes and severe pain. Stop watching weird videos online and sleep normally.

Don't try to learn this. I once ignored constant dryness and burning in my eyes, thinking it was just screen time, and ended up with a nasty corneal ulcer. If your eyes are naturally opening slightly during sleep, go get it checked by an ophthalmologist right away.

Haha, this sounds like some movie trick! I can barely keep my eyes open after a heavy butter chicken lunch, let alone try to sleep with them open. Honestly, just close your eyes and enjoy a peaceful, deep sleep after a good meal.
